From Mike Watson Sr.
Thank you for your prayers of support and love you have shown us. Hold dear to your loved ones, hug them and keep God in your life. Without Him it is difficult if not impossible to bear the tragedies that life sometimes offers.

I don't want to get up and move this morning. Doing so acknowledges that life goes on and I have to feel this pain, this emptiness. But Jesus is whispering to me. He said, "Rhonda, I know your pain. I understand the "Mike hole." Let me fill it." I pray for us all as we try.
ReplyDeleteRhonda,
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry for your and the rest of the family's loss. Mike was a great person who touched so many lives. He will be missed greatly.
I am going to try to come up for the service May 3rd. Please keep me in the loop and give a hug to Laura for me.

I have known Laura all my life. She is a caring person from a good family.
ReplyDeleteI got to know Mike in high school. We took electronics class together. Mike was a good guy and treated everyone respectfully. He had an incredible personality, just an overall outstanding guy.
My heart is heavy as to why such things happen to good people. It's tragic.
Please give Laura my deepest sympathy and my thoughts and prayers are with her and Hunter.

Rhonda,
ReplyDeleteI am so, so sad for you and your wonderful family. You know I adopted Mike as my big brother long ago and I have always loved him dearly. I know he leaves a big hole in a lot of lives. We will especially be praying peace and strength for Laura and Hunter as well as His comfort and presence for you and your mom and dad. I asked about where you've been and what you've been doing these years since I've seen you, and I can see by these posts that you've been growing with the Lord. What an amazing woman you've become! Your family is blessed to have you and you are a great testament to their faithful prayers and guidance from your heavenly Father while "training you up in the way you should go."
I will see you soon. Love you all so much,
Kathy, Michael and boys
